1. Overview
By visiting this website, subscribing to updates, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with Haze Apparel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms are written for the Haze Apparel store experience and apply to use of this website, customer accounts, promotions, and order support.
2. Analytics and Privacy
We use first-party analytics only after a visitor chooses "Allow analytics" in the on-site analytics preferences banner. The choice is saved in the visitor's browser local storage and can be changed later from the footer's Analytics preferences control.
The shopping bag may use first-party local storage or cookies to remember selected products on the visitor's device. This bag storage is separate from analytics and is used only to support the shopping experience.
Marketing links may include promo codes and campaign tags, such as promo, coupon, utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. The site may save that first-party campaign context in browser local storage for up to 30 days so a promotion can remain available through checkout.
Promo and campaign storage is separate from analytics consent. A minimal promo-link visit record may be saved when a promotion link is opened, including the promo code, campaign tags, landing page, referrer, and timestamp. Promo context may also be submitted with newsletter signups or order records to apply a discount, understand which campaign led to a signup or order, and support customer service.
When analytics are allowed, the current site may record:
- Page views, including the page path, page title, referrer, and timestamp.
- Navigation actions, such as opening the mobile menu or clicking header links.
- Section views, such as when a product, story, signup, or collection section becomes visible.
- Call-to-action clicks, including button labels and the page area where the click happened.
- Product interest signals, such as quick-add clicks, product names, and listed prices.
- Promo and campaign fields associated with the visit, when a marketing link is used.
- Basic browser and request information, including user agent and normal server request metadata.
Analytics events are sent to our first-party /api/events endpoint and summarized in an internal dashboard for traffic, event mix, popular quick-adds, top sections, and recent activity. The endpoint requires the current consent marker before saving analytics events.
The application analytics record does not intentionally store payment card data or precise location. It also does not intentionally store IP addresses, although hosting providers may process IP addresses in routine security and server logs.
Newsletter signups are separate from analytics. If you submit the signup form, we store the email address, signup source, promo code if present, and signup time so we can manage the mailing list. Order records, if enabled, may include customer name, email, order items, promo code, discount, campaign attribution, totals, status, and order time.
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers directly on this site. Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout, and Stripe's terms and privacy practices also apply.
No third-party analytics provider is currently installed. If one is added later, these terms and the on-site notice should be updated before that tool is enabled.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Product details, availability, prices, discounts, and shipping options may change without notice. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if information is inaccurate, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a purchase violates these terms.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge that an order was received. They do not guarantee acceptance until payment is approved and the order is processed.
4. Shipping and Returns
Shipping windows are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, address issues, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
Returns must be requested within the return window shown on the site or order materials. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back with original tags and packaging when possible. Final sale, personalized, worn, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
5. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
If accounts are enabled, customers are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity that occurs through their account. Customers should provide accurate contact, shipping, billing, and sizing information when ordering.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape content at scale, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful activity.
6. Product Content and Intellectual Property
Images, copy, product names, graphics, layouts, and other site content belong to Haze Apparel or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or reuse site content without permission.
We try to show colors, sizing, garment details, and materials accurately. Displays vary, and product descriptions may contain minor errors. Your statutory rights are not limited by this section.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Haze Apparel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
