Linen
Linen has natural slubs and softens with wear. Wash cold, line dry, and iron while slightly damp if you want a cleaner finish.
Rib knits
Stretch base layers should be washed cold and dried low. Avoid hanging while wet so the rib keeps its recovery.
Wool blends
Outerwear should be brushed between wears, aired out, and dry cleaned only when needed. Store on a broad hanger.
